The case was related to disclosing the sensitive and confidential documents by SI Abishek Tiwari related to the ongoing investigation against former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
The FIR was documented against Daga, SI Abishek, and others for criminal conspiracy & the purpose of leaking sensitive documents.
The bail was filed by Tiwari. But the Delhi HC seeks a CBI reply for bail plea and the special CBI Judge had rejected the bail application.
The court sent Tiwari & Ors to 14 days judicial custody and five days in police remand.
