The 13 yr old minor girl was abducted from Gorakhpur and was untraceable for 2 months.

The case was in hearing ask the UP police to shift the case and report to the Delhi police to oversee the investigation.

Within 2 days Delhi police found that girl in Calcutta and the abductor was arrested.

SC asked to transfer the investigation from UP police to Delhi Police on 7th September. While that victim was undergoing medical examination she was pregnant.

There is dissimilarity regarding the age of the victim. The Bench beheld that the minor victim had been subjected to sexual assault.

So a bench of justices in the supreme court allocated directions to the Delhi police to overview the development of the investigation and her mother also seek directions not to disclose the information regarding a minor victim of this case.
