Last week The Madhya Pradesh High Court stay ordered the transfer of the only teacher of the school will 72 students. The Court stated that the order of transfer was said without the application of mind.
The Bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi asked the government that whether they have made any alternative arrangements for the school if the teacher gets transferred.
The hearing was of Saraswati Kumar Dwivedi the teacher who said the total no. of students are 72 in the school and he is the only teacher and if he is being transferred then no one will be there to teach the students. He also said that nobody is brought in place of him.
Court noted that if the teacher is transferred then the school will become teacherless. Looking at the present status of the students and protecting the future of those 72 students an alternative judgement should be done.
