Sneha Mukherjee, showing up on behalf of the applicant, who educated the court that the Specialists of Clinical Leading group of AIIMS have expressed that they can offer their perspective, when certain tests are led. Adv. Mukherjee further expressed that the said tests have been performed and the outcomes are anticipated, which will take around 6-7 days.
Justice Palli communicated her dismay at the deferral, as the matter was identified with clinical end of pregnancy and postponement could prompt confusions.
