The petitioner, who is mother and a household worker has moved toward the Supreme Court under Article 32 of the Constitution filing and seeking for a writ of Habeas Corpus in regard of her minor girl who’s age is 13 years and has been missing since July 8, 2021. It is alleged that she has been kidnapped and captured.
The request moan bearings to the respondents, i.e.Gorakhpur Police and the Delhi Police to follow the minor girl of the petitioner. The matter requires prompt and top to bottom examination to uncover the specific area and status of wellbeing and security of the applicant’s minor girl.
The request expressed that the occurrence includes two territories of Uttar Pradesh and NCT, Delhi. It is asserted that the minor young lady has been hijacked by an individual named Aakash from Gorakhpur. In such manner, the FIR was stopped with Gorakhpur Police and notwithstanding endeavors, the Delhi Police has not made any move.
Accordingly The Supreme Court on Tuesday moved the examination in the event of kidnapping of a minor young lady from Gorakhpur to Malviya Nagar Police station, Delhi and coordinated the additional advocate General of Uttar Pradesh to handover the first records of case procedures to Delhi Police
