Madhubani district in bihar granted bail to Nitish kumar who was accused of smuggling beneath the bihar prohibition and excise act, 2016. Nitish Kumar was arrested and detained after the FIR was filed in madhepura police station on 16 November 2020.
The court ordered that at the end of 3 months, Nitish will be responsible for the education of 3 poor children and the kids must provide a certificate conforming that Nitish fullfilled the court order.
A watchman, jaldhari paswan, said that liquor were being smuggled in a scorpio suv and a bike near pachahi village, he reached the scene and attempted to stop the smugglers. But, they fled from the spot after firing within the air to terrify him,
Paswan later filed a complaint against the accused based totally on which kumar become arrested.
