FACTS:-
The plea was filed by the advocate Abhijith Mishra under the PIL in Delhi HC regarding the Ministry of MSME does not consider the advocate’s profession under the definition of the term Professionals.
Mishra delivered that no privileges or schemes were passed on the welfare of the advocates.
He also prayed for directions to financial services and RBI to issue guidelines to the banks for providing free loans to advocates.
The plea also sought for launching online training programs or digital training for young lawyers.
So the division bench of Justice in the Delhi HC delivered notice to the Ministry of finance, MSME Ministry, BCI & RBI.
The matter will be heard on OCT 12.
