Bhima Koregaon charged Sudha Bharadwaj and Gautam Navlakha have drawn nearer the Bombay High Court looking for clone duplicates of all gadgets seized from them by the National Examination Organization (NIA).
Bharadwaj and Navlakha expressed in their application that it is germane to induce the clone duplicates of their gadgets some time recently charges are surrounded and the trial commences some time recently in the uncommon court. NIA had submitted draft charges and the uncommon court has kept the matter for surrounding charges on Eminent 23, 2021.
The charged, in their application, have looked for equality on the ground that the accused who had been captured by the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Pune Police, were allowed clone duplicates but the charges captured by the NIA were not.
NIA had claimed some time recently at the Uncommon Court that they had not gotten clone duplicates from the scientific research facility at Kalina and the extraordinary court had rejected the application due to that.
