UNMARRIED GIRLS NOT TO INDULGE IN CARNAL ACTIVITIES JUST FOR FUN!!!

The accused was allegedly and punishable under IPC sec 376 and sec 3,4,5 of the POSCO act.


He contended for committing rape and his counsel argued that the victim was major at the time of the offense and she was a consenting party.


It was also that girls’ parents were opposed to their marriage because they both come from different religions.


The state also defended that he repeatedly rapes her and refuses to marry her. At last, he disclosed to her about marrying someone else and she committed suicide


COURT OBSERVATION:-

The bench of Madhya Pradesh High court opined that the accused did not get bail because he enters into a physical relationship with the victim.


The prosecutrix also tried to commit suicide and was serious about the relationship.


So the court expelled the bail of the accused.
