The accused of Bhima Koregaon violence was involved by civil liberties activists and the case was booked under UAPA Act by NIA.
The plea was filed by the kin of three accused in the Bhima Koregaon case under Art 226 & 227 of the Constitution and section 21 of the NIA act.
It assails three orders passed by the special judge. They all moved towards the Bombay HC to transfer ten accused out of Taloja Central Prison to any other prison in Maharashtra by challenging the three orders.
The three pleas are narrated to shift six accused to Mumbai Central Prison and the false complaints were made and pressure the accused families and lawyers.
The plea further accuses the Taloja’s previous superintendent who has been cruel to him and created hurdles while supplying the medicine.
