A case has been classified before the Kerala High Court by the mother of a man incarcerated in the United Arab Emirates ostensibly on tariff of spot for India.
When the proceeding came up for hearing on Tuesday, Justice PB Suresh Kumar query the Central government instruction to get directions.
Beevi organized the beseech looking succor for her son, Shihani Meera Sahib Jamal Mohammed, who has been incarcerated in the Abu Dhabi Central Prison from August 2015.
Advocate Jose Abraham, materialising for the solicitor, yielded that Mohammed was working for the Indian Embassy officials in the UAE when he was seized on the imposition of a glimpse for the Indian Government.
The aspirant conveyed some rendition to pertinent officialdom to look for support and kosher legal aid from the Government of India.
