Many students of class 10th and 12th are not satisfied with the evaluation formula of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) regarding the result. CBSE will give these students the option to take the written examination in August. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ gave this information on Friday. Nishank is admitted to AIIMS due to complications of Covid.
In his address streamed live, he said, “Students who wish to appear for exams will be able to do so in August.”
While announcing this, Mr Nishank in his social media handle said: “I will be interacting with dear students.. to discuss their concerns and queries related to evaluation of CBSE board exams.”
“If you have any doubts or suggestions, you may share them through Twitter or Facebook by the afternoon of June 25th,” Mr Pokhriyal further added.
The Board has framed separate evaluation criteria for Class 10 and Class 12. The evaluation criteria were accepted by the Supreme Court on June 18, 2021, for Class 12. The result will be declared by CBSE by July 31, 2021.
The exam dates and other details of physical exams (if conducted) will be released by the Board in due course of time.
