Max hospital doctor found hanging at his residence at South Delhi

On Friday night, a 35-years old doctor allegedly commited suicide at his residence at Malviya Nagar, Delhi.
He was working at Mak hospital, Saket.

According to the police officials, a suicide note was recovered from the deceased’s body in which no mention of the reason of suicide was there, however, he addressed the letter to his family and friends wishing them well.

According to the DCP (south) Atul Kumar Thakur said that a call was received by them and a woman said that her friend’s husband is not opening the door of the house and when they reached the spot and found the doctor hanging, he was identified as Vivek Rai.

The body was handed over to deceased’s cousin after the postmortem.

He was working as a first year DNB student of a family medicine at Max hospital.
