Gippy Grewal arrested for violating Covid-19 guidelines while shooting his film in Banur

A case has been registered against the punjabi singer & actor Gippy Grewal and almost his 100 team members for shooting in weekend lockdown.

The actor said that “We have applied for the required permissions but our requests are pending and aren’t approved yet,also it’s our last day of shooting,we are going to pack this up”.

Covid-19 guidelines weren’t followed there as team members weren’t wearing masks.A case was registered against them under various sections of Section 188, Disaster Management Act and Epidemic Act at Banur police station.But MC of Banur Gurmeet Singh granted him bail and the actor was released on the spot.

He was shooting for the film ‘Girdhari Lal’. A few days ago, Punjabi actor Jimmy Shergill also broke the Corona Protocol.
