During the shooting of season-2 of “Your Honour” web series, Jimmy Shergill , director, Eeshwar Nivas and 35 crew members were booked by Punjab police in Ludhiana on the charge of violating the guidelines related to Covid-19 curfew in Punjab.
The Punjab Government, in order to stop the spread of Covid-19 in the state, had imposed curfew between 6PM to 5AM, meanwhile they (Shergill and others) were found shooting for their new project after 6PM, after which the police raided at their sets.
While the actors were busy in filming the court scenes, police officers reached the sets on Tuesday evening.
The police arrested the director, Nivas and two crew members, however, they were released on the bail later on.
