Deep Sidhu sent to one day Judicial custody by a Delhi court in Red Fort violence case

A Delhi court ordered one day judicial custody of Deep Sidhu in connection with the FIR lodged by the Archeological Survey of India for the damage caused to the Red fort during tractor rally on January 26 by the protesting farmers for the three new farm bills. He was produced before the Duty Magistrate, Tihar by the Delhi Police.

However, his advocate, Jasdeep Dhillon, opposed the court’s order of remand.

Sidhu was arrested on February 9, but got bail on April 16, however he then again arrested against the ASI’s FIR on April 17.

But as per Sidhu and his advocate, both the FIR’s are pertaining to the same alleged offence.
