Yesterday, a special court hearing the matter of Elgar parishad case had adjourned the bail order of tribal rights activities Stan swamy and Jesuit priest till 15 March as the national investigation Agency (NIA) wants to submit more documents.
The court has directed Swamy’s lawyer to make their response with regard to the national investigation agency application.Stan swamy had filed for bail Application in November last year which was opposed by NIA.
Interim bail was granted to Rao by the Bombay High court last month.and while allowing bail he needs to be within the jurisdiction of mumbai and he can apply for the permission for exemption by personal Appearance.
