On Saturday, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has ordered the withdrawal of over 2.5 lakhs cases which were being lodged for the violation of lockdown rules.All the common people and businessman who are running here and there for getting there case resolved will now get relief.
A spokesman said that the cases registered under Section 188 of the IPC will now be taken back.
Also, it was being confirmed that these cases will be withdrawn automatically and there will be no need of any application in this regard that need to be submitted.
Also, it was earlier announced by the UP government that it will also withdraw cases registered against the traders during lockdown period.
