The Mysore judicature on Monday wanted details of action taken beneath the Disaster Management Act against organizers and participants of the Farmer Tractor Rally, that was conducted on January twenty six in Bengaluru.
The rally that was control once the Republic day parade was attended by farmers from Mysore, expressing commonness with the farmers complaintive in city against the farm laws.
“Additional Government Advocate can file a memorandum on the action taken against the organizers and participants of the rally that was conducted on January twenty six,” the Court ordered on Monday.
The order was gone along a Bench of judge Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice SS Magadum that was hearing a plea alleging that the National Directives for COVID-19 Management, a part of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) tips, weren’t being followed in Mysore.
