A former Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh, Justice Eswaraiah, while alleging,that the kins of the senior sitting judge of the Supreme Court were involved in the Amarvati land scam case in which benami transactions took place, said that he is collecting more evidence for the same.
Justice Eswaraiah filed an affidavit in the SC in response to the direction of the court after he challenged the High Court’s August 12,2020 decision which ordered probe into his telephonic conversation.
All this is happening because it was alleged that there was a plot in the name of Justice Eswaraiah and a senior judge of the SC. The matter is now scheduled to be heard in the first week of February.
