The officials said that Varsha Raut, wife of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut summoned by ED for interrogation in PMC bank money laundering case on December 29.
This is third time that she has been issued summons for appearing before the agency in Mumbai after she had skipped the earlier two other summons on health grounds.
The officials said that they wanted to question her in regard to the receipts of the funds which were allegedly siphoned from the bank, therefore under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, summons were issued to her thrice.
