A number of petitions filed by G.S Mani and few other people against the Andhra Pradesh CM Jaganmohan Reddy will be heard before the Supreme Court bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul. He petitioner had written a letter to the Chief Justice making allegations of Supreme Court and High Court Judges and also released in the media channels. Therefore, contempt of court proceedings are initiated against him.
The other petitioner was the Anti-Corruption Council of India Trust against the CM. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh created a sensational situation by writing a letter to the Chief Justice. He has accused J. Ramana for legal issues in the interest of Telugu Desam Party. It has become even more sensational as Justice Ramana is in line to become the next Chief Justice. The allegations against Justice Ramana were against his actions at the time when he was a judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
