While hearing a lot of petitions asking for the response of the Bihar government on the status of COVID-19 in the state. the bench stated that people are thinking that the pandemic has passed away. The biggest challenge in front of the government is to change the belief that coronavirus has been ended and Bihar has eaten that.
The bench is hearing a lot of petitions asking for directions to protect the workers who are facing the COVID-19 at the front and the establishment of proper infrastructure to end this crisis.
The court stated that there is a need to make people aware of the government’s policies and programmes related to the Epidemic act in both urban and rural areas.
The advocate general has informed the court that the state government has started a lot of campaigns to make people aware of the guidelines related to COVID-19 and other schemes.
