Technology platform CHAMPIONS which stands for Creation and Harmonious Application of Modern Processes for Increasing the Output and National Strength was launched by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi which was created by National Informatics Centre.
This Platform is a control room cum management information system enabled with ICT Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Data Analytics.
This platform also includes Video Conferencing, Internet, Telephones. This platform is also equipped with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises web infrastructures other real time platforms such as CPGRAMS.
The main aim of this portal is to support small units to convert into big units by encouraging them, solving problems, helping and handholding. It will act as one-stop shop solution of all entities of the MSME sector.
The main objectives of this portal are:
• Grievance Redressal This portal aims to solve the problems of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It includes Finance, Labour, Raw material, Regulatory permissions etc.
• This portal will provide help to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for grabbing new opportunities such as manufacturing of accessories, Medical Equipment’s, Personal Protection Equipment’s, masks etc.
• It will help encourage and identify sparks, in other words we can say that it will help identify national and international champions who are able to withstand the current situation.
