These FIRs, which were registered against the individual, were merely because they have stepped out of the home, to withdraw cash from atm and against migrant as such.
The apex court said, these FIRs cannot be entertained. Because the conditions were necessary in nature. One needs money and during this epidemic, one needs it more not for any social activity, but to EAT.
It burdens the judiciary system, the apex court urged not to file any FIRs further.
Police, cannot misuse this power over innocent people.
